Children’s Day reminds us that every child deserves to feel safe, loved, valued, to have their voice heard and to enjoy the precious joys of childhood through play, discovery and meaningful experiences.

On 1st October 2026, Guiding Steps College celebrated Children’s Day with our Early Years and Early Primary students through a wonderful day filled with educational activities, exciting games and fun-filled experiences. The celebration brought together our young learners for a memorable occasion where learning and laughter went hand in hand.

From engaging educational activities to refreshing water games, children enjoyed a variety of experiences throughout their school day. Their cheerful faces, enthusiastic participation and contagious laughter filled the school with an atmosphere of happiness, excitement and togetherness.

The celebration concluded with delicious food, snacks and refreshing drinks, giving children a delightful end to their special day before heading home with happy memories of the celebration.

Days such as these reminds us that learning extends beyond the classroom and that some of the most meaningful lessons are learned through friendship, sharing, play and joyful experiences.
